My Story
Hello! Marhaba! Sasriakal! Namaskaram! Thank You so much for taking the time to visit my space to know more about me and my space! Let me comfortably break the ice with you so we can take this conversation
and your journey in public speaking with me forward!
Hi! I am Neena Wilson, passionate about two things in life – Data Analytics & Public Speaking. I work as a Portfolio Management Specialist by day and I turn into a Public Speaking Coach by evening! Academically I am an Engineer in Electronics & Communications and a Postgraduate in HR and MIS. I love learning and my head always buzzes with creative ideas!
My little world has my biggest cheerleaders: My husband Roy, and the inspiration behind this Public Speaking Coaching, my two curious boys Steve and Daniel. You may often hear about them as characters in my Speeches, Lessons and Roasts :)
I started public speaking at the young age of 10 by giving my
first speech on “Self-confidence”. The only irony was that I didn't
have the right amount of confidence to go up on stage for a speech but my preparation was on point thanks to my Ninja Trainers - My parents.
Butterflies chasing in my stomach, Sweaty palms, knees knocking and thanks to my lucky stars ,the first chest number! I delivered my first speech in an auditorium filled with students, teachers, parents and judges.
I was surprised at how easy it felt after the first few seconds, the ice melted and it was a smooth ride from there. I spoke with conviction as I had rehearsed and my confidence grew with the positive aura I received then.
Right after the word Thank you, I heard the auditorium erupt with a sound of applause that I remember to this day. And laid the foundation of my confidence for the next 20 + years as a speaker.
Prepared speeches, Impromptu speeches, Debates, Poem recitations, Just a minute, Interviews, Master of ceremonies, Training, Coaching, Presentations, Voice overs…. The list goes on. Public Speaking has groomed me for life and gifted me the amazing opportunities I never imagined! I have literally fallen in love with this Art form!
And here is the Best part, You can too!
In 2019, I started coaching 1 Student and today she has started conquering stages as an Mc, writing her own speeches and most importantly speaking with confidence. From then the number has grown and you can find the amazing transformations of my dear students in the Wall of fame here.
My approach is simple but impactful. I train solely based on your Strengths and uplift your Areas of improvement. This makes my program tailored for each individual to sharpen their skills rather than following a set of rules common to all.

I was once asked by a Parent , What qualifies you as a coach in public speaking? I am not going to lie, It hurt! Why? Because all of a sudden I didn't have any records to show my milestones !

First Elocution at 10 yrs
winning the First place.
Explored debates, extempore,
poem recitations.
Winning multiple streaks.
Represented ISB as a speaker on Independence day.
Awarded for contest conducted across the school from grade 5 to grade 12 for being the top scorer.
Build a blog.
Explored various genres in reading.
Award for winning at school, district & state level CBSE Youth Festival.
Emceed for National & International Tech Conferences,
Wrote the College chairman's winning speech.
Developed methods to teach my kids art of storytelling.
Launched podcast @neenaspeaks.
Won Club, Area, Division, District level in Toastmasters.
Launched my Public speaking program Trained 15 + students
Became the First Female President BKS Toastmasters.
Elected the AD for Area10 , Division B in Toastmasters.
Runner up for Karak Mom Category at Radio Mirchi Bahrain Super Mom Contest.
Appointed as the Brand Ambassodor for Yoodli Ai - A powerful tool in Public speaking at AI level
Wall of Fame
I have to tell you a secret, I cry everytime a student of mine cracks a shell and moves one step further confidently in their public speaking journey !
It could be a simple presentation or witnessing their performance in person and even seeing them take strides across countries in contests!!
I am Super Duper PROUD and I even do a happy dance celebrating their wins!
